When you request accreditation, the Marketing & Communications Department records your name and affiliation as well as pertinent information (address, phone number, email, etc.). You are requested to submit the following:
No new accreditation requests are considered without the above. Submission of the above does not guarantee accreditation and MUST be received well before the accreditation deadline. You will be notified as to the status of your accreditation request within one week of receipt. Pending approval of your request, you will be given a media pass. Forms received after September 5, 2008, will not be processed.
Early application betters your chance of accreditation but in no way guarantees it. Media accreditation to the Atlantic Film Festival is entirely at the discretion of the Marketing & Communications Department.
RETURNING JOURNALISTS
If you attended the 28th Atlantic Film Festival or the seventh annual ViewFinders in 2008, submitted your coverage from last year, and are in good standing, you will be given priority accreditation to the 28th Atlantic Film Festival.
If you have attended the Atlantic Film Festival in the past but missed last year, please contact Pam Todd in the Marketing & Communications Department at the address above.
Please ensure we have your correct affiliation, email, and mailing address. If your affiliation and/or address has changed, please notify the Marketing & Communications Department as soon as possible. If you know of journalists who would like to attend this year's Festival, please have them follow the procedures under "New Requests."
