Here at the Atlantic Film Festival we know the importance of selecting good music to go with good film. We don’t just champion local filmmakers but also local musicians, artists and composers. This month we are proud to feature Rose Cousins.
The 12th annual ViewFinders: Atlantic Film Festival of Youth has come to a close. It was an extraordinary week for youth film. We definitely saw some world class short films from some exceptionally talented Atlantic Canadian young people. To all those who submitted films this year as well as those who support their dreams, thank you for participating.

After 22 years as part of the Atlantic Film Festival team, Lia Rinaldo has decided it’s time to move on from her role as Festival Director.
“It has been an honour, a privilege and a remarkable life experience to be a part of the Atlantic Film Festival all these years,” said Rinaldo. “It’s been a pleasure to work with such a smart and engaged group of professionals here at home and around the world in an industry that has been nothing short of exciting at every turn.”
