Walker will discuss the aesthetics and ethics in his filmmaking practice and share his process in combining dramatic and documentary scenes in Passage. Walker will explain how he explored issues of fact and fiction by mixing actors and historical advisors in the same scenes in Passage; and how the dramatic structure was deconstructed to bring the story from the past into the present in the final act of the film.
